How can I do the payment on swottlifestyle.com?

You can do the payment through:

- All credit and debit cards

- Cash on delivery

- Wallet UPI

- All wallets, such as PayTM, Amazon, Airtel, PhonePe, Freecharge, Mobikwik & Jio.

- Net-banking via all leading banks

- Paypal

- Pay later services such as Lazypay and Epaylater

- Credit Card EMI options (3, 6, 9, 12 months)

- Cardless EMI options (0% EMI by Zestmoney, Instacred)


What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on delivery is the amount payment condition where the person needs to pay during the time of delivery of the product, rather than in advance. The payment is required to be done with cash only. 


In how many days is the cancellation request completed?

- An order placed usually requires 2 working days to be canceled which will be notified through call or email.
- An item dispatched usually takes 7 working days to be canceled and the refund process completes only once the product reaches the warehouse.

Why do the delivery date and delivery time doesn't match?

We usually try to make the product to be shipped out within 3 working days. In case during festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances, the order may take upto 5 days to be shipped out.

How many days does it take to deliver my order?

We usually take 7-10 working days for delivery within serviceable pincodes.

What if I haven’t received an invoice for my order?

Swott sends order invoices with every product delivered. But, In case you didn't receive an invoice, please contact us through our helpline number - 18002106484 or just e-mail us on support@swottlifestyle.com.

What if the product delivered is damaged?

In case you find that the product delivered is damaged or the packaging of the product is tampered, then contact us on support@swottlifestyle.com or register your problem on18002106484.
